If I could give a zero rating and a huge warning symbol I would.
I placed my order on 8/12/20, I had emailed first to double check it would arrive before christmas,on there website it stated 9th dec was last order day for xmas delivery. i received a email telling me it would be delivered before xmas, I appreciate we are in unprecedented times and on line orders have increased to a huge amount. I didnt mind also if I wasnt going to receive before xmas, what I find ignorant and disrespectful is the fact they ignore your emails once they have your cash.
All I asked from them was a yes or no for pre xmas delivery so I could take my 2 grandsons out to pick up some little gift to give there mum on xmas day until it arrived.
They have ignored my emails and messages on messenger, instead of contacting people they have let down they put up on xmas eve a video of how it's a wrap from them and them all speeding around on quad bikes and in offices having a laugh to xmas music knowing that they have either scammed people or not sent out orders which they have took the money for.
I feel a lot of the positive comments on there facebook are fake, on the 2 days leading up to xmas eve there were lots of people pleading for an answer for there missing gifts and people complaining about being ignored when they have contacted them for an answer, they have all disappeared and only positive comments on there.
Steer clear of this company, I dont know if there a scam and there facebook is just fake or what, but I know they have not delivered my order or advised me of anything else so i can only assume it a scam company that dosnt really exist, as they dont answer email when your asking where your product is.
I see you left a comment, I wish to reply, I contacted you numerous times, you ignored me and then blocked me, not only me but many other people. I ended putting a complaint in to paypal as you never replayed, even though I just wanted if it would come after xmas, as my two young grandsons had picked it for there mum. you continued to ignore. it was then refunded by paypal, you never apologised her offered to rectify it, you gave my grandsons no options and left them very upset.
you answer is only because you want to seem like a caring company, I know exactly how you work, I was a member of the daisy beware website and seen over a 100 people on there and I know why it closed. so I dont except your excuse and no you didnt rectify your arrogant and vile way you conducted yourself. A simple we are sorry and it will be sent bare with us would of been enough to put mine and many others minds at rest. the fact you see fit to send a comment to this reveiw and not contact me on my personal email says it all.
